Exprans respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use exprans.com and related services.

- Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information such as your email address, name, and avatar.
- Content you provide: including your intent, native-language drafts, target-language drafts, sentence edits, saved drafts, and history.
- Usage and device information: including access time, browser, device type, language preference, credit usage, feature usage, and necessary security logs.
- Payment information: if paid plans are introduced, payments will be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide cross-language draft generation, sentence editing, copying, saved drafts, and history.
- To manage sign-in status, free credits, paid credits, or subscription benefits.
- To troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, and protect accounts and service security.
- To improve product experience, prompt quality, and service reliability using aggregated or de-identified information.
- To send necessary account, security, service change, or transaction notices.
3. Content Processing and User Content
- To generate, edit, save, or sync drafts, we may process the text you submit through vendors and integrated services.
- We aim to send only what is necessary for the requested feature and require relevant vendors to protect data according to their security and data-processing commitments.
- Please do not submit content you are not authorized to process, or highly sensitive information such as full identity documents, card numbers, medical records, trade secrets, or other people's private information.

- We do not sell your personal information.
- With vendors and integrated services: we share necessary information to provide sign-in, hosting, databases, content processing, analytics, security, customer support, payments, and related features.
- With group affiliates: if Exprans is supported or operated by affiliated companies in the future, we may share information as needed and require them to follow this policy.
- As required by law: we may disclose information in response to law, court orders, regulatory requests, safety needs, company mergers, or asset transfers.
- With your consent: outside the situations described in this policy, we share your personal information when you consent.
5. Data Retention and Deletion

- Drafts and history are retained so you can view and continue editing them; you can delete supported records in the product.
- When data is no longer needed, or when you make a reasonable deletion request and no law requires retention, we delete or anonymize relevant data.

- We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sign-in state, remember language preferences, protect security, and improve the service.
