These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of exprans.com, the Exprans cross-language drafting workspace, and related features. By using the service, you accept these terms.
1. Service Description
- Exprans is a cross-language expression workspace that helps users turn intent into ready-to-send emails, messages, or formal foreign-language drafts.
- The service may include draft generation, sentence-level editing, target-language syncing, copying, saved drafts, history, credits, and future paid features.
- We may continue to adjust, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.
2. Account and Sign-In
- You need to sign in with Google to receive free credits and use certain features.
- You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and for protecting account access and device security.
- You may not transfer, rent, sell, or allow unauthorized people to use your account.
3. Credits, Free Allowance, and Paid Services
- Exprans may provide free credits to signed-in users. Credit usage rules may change based on service costs, text length, feature type, or operational strategy.
- If paid credits or subscriptions are introduced, pricing, benefits, refunds, and cancellation rules will be shown on the purchase page or related notices.
- Unless applicable law requires otherwise, consumed credits or delivered digital services are generally non-refundable.
4. User Content and Rights
- You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your inputs and generated outputs.
- You grant us permission to process, store, transmit, and display related content as needed to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the service.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit and process the content, and for reviewing and using generated outputs.
5. Generated Content
- Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or inappropriate for a specific situation.
- Exprans is intended to assist expression and writing. It is not legal, financial, medical, immigration, compliance, or other professional advice.
- Before sending important emails, contracts, business documents, or sensitive content, you should review and confirm the result yourself.
6. Acceptable Use
- You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, hateful, malware-related, spam-related, security-bypassing, or privacy-violating activity.
- You may not reverse engineer, scrape, stress test, resell, copy, or access the service in an unauthorized way.
- You may not submit confidential information, other people's personal information, or restricted content that you are not authorized to process.
7. Third-Party Services
- The service may rely on vendors and integrated services for Google sign-in, hosting, databases, content processing, analytics, security, and payments.
- Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control their independent actions.
8. Availability and Disclaimers
- The service is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or that it will meet all expectations.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the service.
